TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Express Service Notice

We strive for timely and efficient service. You may select a preferred team member, however, to ensure express and professional service, two or more Braid Fanatic team members may work on your braids or styling simultaneously. This ensures promptness without compromising quality. By booking with us, you agree to this collaborative styling process.

2. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who is:

  • Under the influence of drugs or alcohol,

  • Displaying disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior,

  • Exhibiting any state of health or hygiene that may impact the safety or comfort of staff or clients.

This policy is enforced to protect the integrity of our environment and the safety of all parties.

3. Appointments & Deposits

Clients are expected to arrive on time for all appointments. Some services require a non-refundable deposit, which will be applied toward the total service amount. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment at our discretion.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We respectfully ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance for any cancellations or reschedules.

  • Less than 24 hours' notice will result in a 50% charge of the total service(s).

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service(s).

All payments for late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable and enforceable.

5. Use of Products & Allergies

We use natural and organic products whenever possible. However, Braid Fanatic is not responsible for any allergic reactions to our products. It is your responsibility to inform our staff prior to your appointment if you have allergies or sensitivities. We will make every effort to accommodate, but cannot guarantee product substitution or liability for reactions.

6. Style Concerns & Corrections

If you are unsatisfied with your hairstyle, you must notify a team member within 24 hours of your appointment to be eligible for a fix or correction. No style adjustments will be honored after this time window.

All services are non-refundable once rendered.

7. Payment Terms

  • All payments are due at the time of service.

  • Any unpaid balances will be subject to collection and legal action as allowed under Florida law.

  • All transactions over $20 will be verified.

  • All credit/debit card payments must be processed through our secure POS system.

We accept all major cards and digital payments. No checks accepted.

8. Lost Items Disclaimer

Braid Fanatic is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced personal items. Please keep valuables secured during your visit.

9. Pricing Disclaimer

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Any changes will be reflected on our website and service menus.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. By booking with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
